Convention Committee Chairman Shri A.P.Yuvaraj, President of Host Chapter –Coimbatore Shri A.Paramasivamand the Management Committee Members  of LUGI  are happy  to announce the details of  its proposed 17^th Annual Convention and the first ever Convention to be held outside India in a Convention Centre at Pattaya, Thailand.

We are holding our Annual Convention for 2019 at the biggest and popular resort town -Pattaya, a vibrant coastal city, 147Kms from Bangkok, Thailand. From sunrise to sunset, its beaches are constantly brimming with life, as water sports lovers and sun worshippers take to the waters. This beach town has something to offer for a wider audience; whether couples, families or business travelers.

LUGI is proud to be the one and only organization systematically conducting Annual Conventions, Special Seminars, Education courses like FChFP & CIP and International Tours to attend the MDRT Annual Meetings and APLIC Congress.

 Registration Fee Structure is as follows:

(Tour cum Conference Package- 3Nights/4Days – double occupancy room) (1 pax)

• Registration will close on 30.06.2019. Registration is for limited number of seats Hence booking will be done on “first come first serve” basis.Hence to avoid disappointment or additional cost, you are requested to act immediately.
• Detailed itinerary including the inclusions and exclusion of the package is enclosed.

• Registration will be done on payment of minimum advance amount of Rs.10,000/- and on possession of valid passport.
• Balance registration fee can be made in multiple installment minimum of Rs.10,000/- each. Last date for balance / Final payment is  07.2019.

 The payment towards the registration fee can be made by the delegates in any of the modes given below:

1. By Cash :

You may remit cash towards registration fee in any branch of Syndicate Bank in convention account. (Bank account detail is given below) ^*

 By Cheque / D.D. :

You may deposit Cheque / D.D. towards registration fee drawn in favour of “ EXPRESS HOLIDAYS  LUGI 2019”in any branch of Syndicate Bank in convention account or send the Cheque / DD  to Express Holidays  (Bank account detail is given below) ^*

3. By Fund Transfer :

Registration fee can be transferred vide RTGS/NEFT to convention account. (Bank account detail is given below) ^*

Intimation of Payment :

• It is mandatory that each and every payment to the Convention Account by the delegates should be intimated immediately with name, mobile number and e-mail ID for preparation of receipts and updating of your ledger folio.

• Receipt for each and every payment will be issued vide e-mail by M/s. Express Holidays within 48 hrs from receipt of credit  in bank.
• Invoice will be issued vide e-mail by M/s. Express holidays on receipt of full registration fee.

• Please note, in case of any cheque return you have to send DD or cash only along with bank charges of Rs.350/- within 7 days of intimation.
• Under any circumstances, returned cheque will not be re-presented for collection.

Cancellation Policy :

 If circumstance makes you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated vide e-mail to

info@lugi.org with cc to d.vignesh@lugi.org and accounts@expressholidays.in

• We are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges

100 Days prior to departure – 60% of the package cost

30 Days prior to departure – 80% of the package cost

Less than 30 days – 100% of the package cost

• Members of Chairman Club for Agents of LIC of India can attend LUGI Convention in lieu of Chairman’s Club Convention as per circular issued by LIC of India vide Circular Ref.No.: Mktg/A/Trg/LUGI dated06.09.2017.
• Members of Galaxy Club for Agents of LIC of India can attend LUGI Convention in lieu of Galaxy Club Convention as per circular issued by LIC of India vide Circular Ref.No.: Mktg/D-I/AO dated 26.02.2019
• The convention is open for members of LUGI, who are in good standing without any arrears.

Registration with Guest / Guests :

(Tour cum Conference Package- 3Nights/4Days – double occupancy room) (1 pax)

• Guests are permitted to accompany delegate member on payment of above mentioned guest registration fee.
• City sightseeing trips are arranged for guests during convention day.
• Strictly entry into Convention Hall during session is restricted for guests.
• Guests can take part in the Gala Dinner & Entertainment Events.
• Children below 5 years are exempted from above fee but subjected to payment of Visa & Airfare.

General Information’s:

• Possessing of valid passport with 6 months validity from the date of starting of tour programme is mandatory for booking of flight tickets & completion of registration.
• Delegates who possess passport are requested to attach the copy of first & last page along with the application form
• Delegates who do not possess passport are requested to contact Mrs Valarmathi of Express Holidays (Mobile: +91 95970 19193) for doing the needful immediately.
• Seat number will be allotted based on special priority category and full payment of registration fee.
• The registration fee once paid by the participant cannot be transferred to any other member.
• Those delegates who wish to stay in single occupant room may contact our relationship Manager D.Vignesh Mob: +91 98948 16962.

Boarding Point :

• Delegates & Guests have the option of selecting the boarding city & airlines during the payment of advance registration fee of 10,000/-
• Once blocked, the same cannot be changed at any cost.
• Since limited number of seats are available, allotment will be on “first come first serve basis”.

 Accommodation at hotels are allotted on first cum first basis. Convention Committee decision is final.

Those who register for the convention are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of LUGI.
