Over the last Twelve years, LUGI has been providing a platform for professionals in the insurance industry to learn, unlearn and excel. Through various programs it has provided an exposure to practices of successful professionals both from the national and international arena. Many forums have provided insights to members on shaping their skills in order to achieve beyond expectations.
While LUGI has always been at the forefront of promoting professionalism, fraternity and friendship, it has also established itself as the hub for knowledge, ideas and experience sharing. This has immensely helped members to plan their path to success.
RECOGNIZING YOUR ACHIEVEMENT:
In order to recognize the achievement of its members, LUGI now presents LUGI Excellence in Achievement Program (LEAP), an award that identifies members who have stretched themselves that extra mile to achieve something that many can only dream of. This is yet another step to recognizing members of LUGI.
ELIGIBILITYThe LEAP Awards for every financial year will be based on the following criteria.
Other General Insurance Commission will not be added.
The commission earned under Medical Insurance Policies and Personal Accident Insurance Policies will be restricted to 40% of the eligibility for the respective clubs mentioned below.
In order to encourage members to achieve more, it has been decided to have three bands of awards based on the said criteria.
Recognizes achievement of Rs. 6, 25,000 or more, 1st year commission including bonus earned during the period 01/04/2015 to 31/03/2016.
Recognizes achievement of Rs. 10, 75,000 or more, 1st year commission including bonus earned during the period 01/04/2015 to 31/03/2016.
Recognizes achievement of Rs. 15, 75,000 or more, 1st year commission including bonus earned during the period 01/04/2015 to 31/03/2016.
All Presidents’ Club, CEO’s Club and Member’s Club achievers, will be recognized by the VIP’s of the 14th Annual Convention.
All eligible members will be given a Certificate and a Medal in honour of their achievement.
CONDITIONS:
All members who register for the 14th Annual Convention will be sent an Eligibility Confirmation form.
A photocopy of Form 16A, commission earned certificate, issued by the respective Insurance Company or certificate of eligibility issued by the Branch Manager or a competent authority should be submitted to confirm eligibility.
LUGI managing committee reserves the right to reject an application, if it finds that the form is not signed by a competent authority.
Benchmark for achievement and criteria for selection under specific band will be applicable only for this year.
